Mosquito treatment
Mosquito treatment was done by American Pest through the 2023 summer season, but they proved to be an unreliable service provider. Green Pest Services provided service during 2024.
In January of 2025, after much discussion and a community survey, the HOA Board voted to terminate mosquito treatment. The Sustainability Committee will do further research on chemicals and treatment options.
